RETURNS & EXCHANGES Dickeybub.net’s RETURN POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED TO ENSURE QUALITY PRODUCTS FOR ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER.

RETURNS If you are not completely satisfied with the items on your order, you may return them within 90 days of delivery. Returns must be in new, unwashed, and resalable condition with all original manufacturers’ tags still attached to receive a full refund. Items returned to dickeybub.net that do not meet the above requirements will be assessed a restocking fee at our discretion. DEFECTIVE CLOTHING RETURNS The return of defective, mislabelled, or incorrect items must be authorized by a customer service representative, and be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. Instructions, shipping labels, and replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality service and satisfaction. Please call us at 636-583-5555 if you have any questions.

EXCHANGES You may exchange any item from your order that has not been washed, and is in new, resalable condition within 90 days of delivery of your order. All manufacturers’ tags must be attached,or a restocking fee will be assessed at our discretion. Exchange shipping charges are the same as regular orders; there is an $8.99 shipping charge. HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM: Include the white packing slip that you received with your shipment, and please wrap securely. If you have misplaced the packing slip, click here for a return form. In this case, you must include your name and phone number, as well as your order number and/or order date. Your package must be shipped via prepaid freight, and dickeybub.net recommends that you purchase insurance for your shipment. Return and Exchange shipping charges are at your expense. FOOTWEAR RETURNS: Dickeybub.net accepts returns of footwear within 90 days of delivery. To ensure quality products for you and other customers, footwear returns must be in 100% new condition, with no wear on tread, and all original manufacturers’ tags still attached to receive a full refund. Items returned to dickeybub.net that do not meet the above requirements will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
